Stuffed Crimini Mushrooms

Ingredients:

oz Hautly Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
3 oz basil pesto
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Salt and Pepper
45 Crimini mushrooms with
stems removed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place Hautly Ricotta Cheese and pesto in a food processor or mixing bowl. Add
lemon juice and season to taste. Mix until smooth. Spoon the Ricotta mixture into the cavity of the mushroom.
Bake for 5-8
minutes. Serve immediately.

Tip: Stuffing may be refrigerated for future use.
