Portobello Spinach Pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza Crust
1/3
cup Pizza Sauce
1 cup Portobello mushrooms
1 cup Fresh Spinach
¼ cup Pine Nuts
½ cup Hautly Shredded Mozzarella
½
cup Hautly Ricotta Cheese
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

Preheat oven to 425ºF. Prepare pizza crust according to package
directions. Spread thin layer of pizza sauce over crust. Layer mushrooms, spinach and pine nuts over sauce. Top with
shredded mozzarella and ricotta. Sprinkle oregano over all. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is
melted.
