Homemade Ricotta Pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza Crust
1/3 cup Pizza Sauce
1 cup Portobello mushrooms
1 cup Fresh Spinach
¼ cup Pine Nuts
½ cup Hautly
Shredded Mozzarella
½ cup Homemade Ricotta Cheese
1 teaspoon oregan
Directions
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Prepare pizza crust
according to package directions. Spread thin layer of pizza sauce over crust. Layer mushrooms, spinach and pine nuts over
sauce. Top with shredded mozzarella and homemade ricotta. Sprinkle oregano over all. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese
is melted.
