Classic Lasagna
Ingredients:
Sauce : 26 ounces
pasta sauce
Filling : One 15 oz. container Hautly Ricotta
½ cup Hautly Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Eggs
1 ½ tsp.
Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Parsley
Blend ingredients to a smooth consistency.
16 oz. Hautly Mozzarella cheese,
shredded
Lasagna Noodles: Follow directions on package for one pound.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a 9 × 13 pan spread a
thin layer of sauce. Arrange a layer of lasagna noodles, a layer of Ricotta filling, a layer of shredded Mozzarella cheese
and another layer of sauce. Repeat layers, ending with a layer of lasagna and sauce. Sprinkle a layer of grated Parmesan
cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
