Sauteed Asparagus
Ingredients:
½ lb fresh
asparagus
2 Tbs unsalted butter ?¼ diced red onions
3 slices Hautly Mozzarella?Salt ?Cherry tomatoes sliced in
half
Directions
Wash asparagus and trim off bottom of stems by about 2 inches. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté onions for
3 minutes. Add asparagus to the skillet. Sauté for 4 – 5 minutes or until asparagus is tender. Season to taste. Remove
from heat and place on serving platter. Add mozzarella cheese. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
