As Gouda as it Gets!
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 Hautly Smoked Gouda round, grated
1/3 cup finely chopped well drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (about 2 ounces)
24 small inner celery stalks, cut into 4-inch lengths
Grate smoked gouda in a food processor, add mayo and sour cream, paprika just until blended. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Fill celery cavity and refrigerate until serving time.
Note: Substitute plain yogurt for mayo and sour cream for a healthier recipe.
This quick appetizer is delicious and easy to make. Spice it up with a dash of red pepper flakes.
