Smoked Gouda Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
6 Tbs. butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 Hautly Smoked Gouda round, shredded
Salt & White pepper
Directions
Place potatoes in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and
bring to a boil. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
Add butter, cream and cheese to the
potatoes. Mash or whip to desired consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Note: For cheesier potatoes, add a second Gouda round.
