Broccoli Gouda Salad
Ingredients:
1 – 7oz. Hautly Baby Gouda round
3 cups small broccoli florets
½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
½ cup toasted pine nuts
1 green onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
Cut the Hautly Baby Gouda round into cubes. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain well and combine with tomatoes, pine nuts, onion and Hautly Gouda cheese. Pour vinaigrette over top and toss.
