4 Hautly Family Classics Slices*
(Havarti, Brick, Hot Pepper or Provolone)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 Tablespoon milk
Salt & Pepper to
*slice in half diagonally.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut croissants in half lengthwise and place the
bottom halves on a baking sheet. Place a couple of slices on each croissant.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt and
pepper and beat well.
Coat a skillet with cooking spray, add egg mixture and scramble until firm but not browned. Spoon
the scrambled eggs equally onto each croissant bottom. Place a slice of cheese over the eggs and cover with the other half
of the croissant. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
