Mixed Green Salad with Pecans
Ingredients:
2 lb Fresh spinach or lettuce
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup
toasted pecans
6 oz Hautly Family Classics chunks
(Mild Cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack, Hot Pepper or Baby Swiss)
Low fat
vinaigrette.
Directions
Wash the spinach or lettuce. Pat dry and put in a salad bowl. Add the red onion to the bowl. Pour on the
vinaigrette, and toss thoroughly. Top with pecans and cheese.
