Red, White and Woo Hoo Blue!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Hautly crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cider vinegar or sherry
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded green cabbage
3 cups shredded red cabbage
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions

Directions

Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Place cabbage in large bowl. Add dressing; toss. Cover; chill at least 1 hour. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Toss before serving.)
