Roast Beef Blue Cheese Panini
Ingredients:
4 whole grain rolls
or sliced bread
8 oz Hautly Crumbled Blue Cheese
10 oz Roast beef, thinly sliced
1 cup watercress leaves
Butter for
spreading on bread
Directions
Split each roll. Spread each side with blue cheese. On one side layer roast beef and watercress
leaves. Cover with other side of the roll. Press well to seal.
Lightly butter the outside of each sandwich.
Heat a panini
press or a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Place the sandwiches in the pan. Cook, turning over until bread is crisp
and the cheese has melted.
Serve immediately.
