7 ½ oz Hautly Jalapeno Pimento Spread
3 oz Japanese breadcrumbs or very fine breadcrumbs
28 -(16-20) count
cleaned and deveined shrimp
1/2 oz fresh lemon Juice
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Slice shrimp to butterfly, place on greased baking sheet, season to taste. Using a food processor or mixing bowl, add Hautly Jalapeno Pimento Spread and bread crumbs. Mix until both ingredients are equally distributed. Using a spoon, place equal amounts on top of the shrimp. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the stuffed shrimp. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
