2 cups fresh basil leaves
2 large cloves roasted
1/2 cup Hautly Grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts or almonds (optional)
1/2 cup olive oil
15 oz Hautly
Salt & Fresh ground pepper
Combine basil, garlic, nuts and Parmesan in a food processor and mix. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil. Process to desired consistency. Blend in ricotta. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
