Asiago Salad Bowls

Ingredients:

3 Hautly Asiago Wedges, medium shred
Parchment Paper

Directions

Preheat oven to
350°F. Shred the Hautly Asiago Wedge. Place about 2 oz of shredded Asiago on a parchment square. The cheese should be an
even thin layer in a circular pattern about a ¼? in from the edge of the parchment. Bake 5-7 minutes or until golden
brown. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute (but not too long). Using an inverted soup cup, carefully flip the
parchment over the cup. Be careful it is still hot. Let rest 4-5 minutes.

Bowls should be made the same day you plan on
using them.

Tip: This recipe works with hard cheeses such as Hautly Romano and Hautly Parmesan
Cheese.
