Tomato Basil Bruschetta
6 oz Hautly Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 loaf of sliced crusty
16 oz diced Roma tomatoes or canned diced tomatoes, drained.
3 oz basil pesto
1/2 oz black pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place sliced French bread on a baking sheet. Brush with some of the olive oil. Toast
for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let it cool.
Mix tomatoes, basil pesto, black pepper and olive oil
together in a bowl. Place tomato mixture on toasted French bread. Top liberally with Hautly Shredded Parmesan cheese.
at 350ºF for 5-7 minutes.
