Parmesan Fish

Ingredients:

1 cup plain bread crumbs
½ cup Hautly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 lb
catfish fillets (may substitute white fish)
1 Tbsp. Paprika
1 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
½ cup lemon juice
½ Tbsp.
Thyme
½ Tbsp. Garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine breadcrumbs, Hautly Grated Parmesan, lemon peel, thyme,
garlic powder, and paprika in a shallow pan.
Dip the fillets into the lemon juice, then in crumb mixture, coating both
sides.
Place the fillets in a lightly greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested
with a fork.
