Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 3 oz pork chops
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
¼
cup seasoned bread-crumbs
3 Tbsp. Hautly Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF degrees.
Brush both sides of
pork chops with Dijon mustard
Combine breadcrumbs and Hautly Grated Parmesan in a bowl.
Dip each pork chop into the
breadcrumb mixture and coat evenly.
Place pork chops on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in oven 15-20 minutes
depending on the thickness of the cut.
