Rules:

No purchase necessary. Must be 21 years old to enter and win. To enter visit the Hautly Cheese Company's Web site (www.hautly.com), fill out the online entry form according to the directions. You may also mail a 3 x 5 entry form to Hautly Cheese Company, CONTEST NAME 5130 Northrup Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63110. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. The registration begins MONTH 0, 0000 at 12:01 a.m. CDT and ends on MONTH 00, 0000 at 11:59 p.m. CDT. All online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CDT on MONTH 00, 0000. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than midnight MONTH 00, 0000. Hautly Cheese is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries, nor for technical failures in entry transmission. Hautly Cheese is not responsible for any damage due to participant's computer by participating in this contest. One entry per household, per day accepted. Employees of Hautly Cheese and participating retailers and their agencies, parent and subsidiary companies are not eligible to enter. Winner will be contacted by phone, email and/or mail.
