New Year, New Strong You
Before you finish the New Years Resolution list, why not add a cheesy challenge. Studies show that including three servings a day of dairy is an excellent way to add calcium into your diet. Skip the pills and go for the real thing. Look for naturally occurring calcium for the full benefits, not calcium powder added to “prepared cheese product”, but real cheese containing calcium in its natural mineral state.
Supplement with kale, broccoli, and other high calcium foods, and you’re well underway to a healthy New Year.
